If It Doesn’t Fit Your Room
Buying furniture online is different from buying a book or a pair of socks. A dining table has to fit your space, match your style, and feel right when you sit down at it. We get that. Here is how we handle it if something is not quite right.

THE 30-DAY WINDOW
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to decide if the dining set works for your home.
If you decide it does not, we accept returns for any reason:
- Wrong size — the table turned out bigger or smaller than you pictured
- Wrong color — it does not match your existing décor
- Wrong style — it just does not look right in your room
- Changed your mind — no further explanation needed

CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
The dining set must be in its original condition:
- Table, chairs, and bench should be clean, undamaged, and free of stains, scratches, or dents
- All hardware — screws, bolts, brackets — must be included
- Original packaging is preferred but not mandatory. If you already recycled the box, that is fine — just pack the set securely for return transit
We inspect every return within 48 hours of receiving it. If the set meets the conditions above, you get a full refund of the product price. If it arrives damaged or visibly used beyond what is reasonable for a 30-day trial, we will contact you with photos and a partial refund offer.

HOW TO RETURN
Step 1 — Email [email protected] with your order number and the subject “Return Request.”
Step 2 — We reply within 24 hours with a return authorization number and a prepaid return shipping label.
Step 3 — Repack the dining set. Schedule a pickup or drop it off at the carrier location on the label.
Step 4 — Once the warehouse receives and inspects the set, your refund is issued within 5 business days.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If your dining set arrives with a manufacturing defect — a bent leg, a cracked tabletop, a missing piece of hardware — do not try to fix it yourself. Take photos of the damage and email us immediately at [email protected].
We will send you one of the following, based on the situation:
- A replacement part (if the issue is isolated to one component)
- A complete replacement set (if the damage is structural or multi-part)
- A full refund including any shipping charges
We never ask you to pay return shipping on a defective product. That is our problem, not yours.

REFUND DETAILS
- Refunds go back to the original payment method — credit card, PayPal, whatever you used at checkout
- Processing time: up to 5 business days after we confirm the return passes inspection
- Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 2-5 days to show the refund on your statement
- Original shipping charges are refunded only for defective or incorrect items
