  1. USING OUR WEBSITE

By browsing diningmartus.shop, you agree to:

  • Use the site for lawful purposes only — browsing products, placing orders, reading about dining furniture
  • Not scrape, copy, or redistribute our product descriptions, images, or any other content without written permission
  • Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload our site in any way

We reserve the right to block access to anyone violating these rules.

  1. THE PRODUCTS WE SELL

We sell a 4-piece dining table set: one table, two chairs, and one bench. Product specifications (dimensions, weight capacity, materials, color) are listed on the product page. We do our best to represent these accurately, but colors may appear slightly different on different screens. The table might look a shade darker or lighter in person. That is normal for any online purchase.

We do not guarantee that the dining set will fit through your doorway, up your stairs, or into your specific dining area. Check the dimensions (Table: 43.3″ x 25.6″ x 30″) against your space before ordering.

  1. PLACING AN ORDER

When you click “Place Order,” you are making an offer to buy the product at the price shown. We accept that offer when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfill your order (for example, due to inventory error), we will notify you and issue a full refund immediately.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If we cancel, you get a full refund. If you cancel, see our Return Policy.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is collected at the time of order, not when the product ships.

We charge sales tax where required by law, based on your shipping address. The tax amount (if any) appears at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Free shipping on all orders. We ship to the United States and Canada. Estimated delivery windows: 5-10 business days to the continental US, 10-15 business days to Alaska, Hawaii, territories, and Canada.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided. If the package is stolen after delivery, see our Shipping Policy for how we handle it.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our full Return Policy is on a separate page, but here is the short version: 30 days to return, prepaid label, full refund for items in original condition. Defective items get replaced or refunded with no return shipping cost to you.

  1. WARRANTY

We do not offer a formal written warranty beyond what is implied by law. However, if your dining set has a manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase, email us. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and, in practice, we replace or refund defective products because we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Loved customers tell their friends. Unhappy customers tell the internet. We prefer the first outcome.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DiningMartUS is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products
  • Injuries resulting from misuse, improper assembly, or exceeding stated weight limits (Table: 250 lbs / Chairs: 300 lbs each / Bench: 400 lbs)
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

The name “DiningMartUS,” our logo, product photos, website design, and all written content on this site belong to us. Do not use them without permission.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we update the date at the bottom of this page. If you placed an order before the change, the terms in effect at the time of your order apply.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute related to these terms or your purchase will be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.
