We ship to:

  • United States — all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands)
  • Canada — all provinces and territories

We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside the US and Canada.

The price you see ($79.99 for the full dining set) is the price you pay. Period.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on business days (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.

Processing includes:

  • Order verification
  • Warehouse picking and packing
  • Label generation and carrier handoff

Average processing time: 1–2 business days.

TRANSIT TIME

Once the carrier scans your package, estimated delivery windows are:

  • Continental US: 5–10 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories: 10–15 business days
  • Canada: 10–15 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, and carrier volume can affect actual delivery dates. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is generated, so you can follow your dining set from warehouse to doorstep.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your package arrives visibly damaged — ripped box, crushed corner, anything that suggests the contents took a beating — take photos of the exterior before opening. Then open it and photograph any damage to the furniture itself. Send both sets of photos to [email protected].

We handle the carrier claim on our end. You do not need to call UPS or FedEx. We send a replacement or refund right away, then deal with the carrier separately.

MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot find your package:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, and around your property (porch, side door, garage).
  2. Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered a day early.
  3. If still missing after 24 hours, email us at [email protected].

We will work with the carrier to locate the package. If it cannot be found, we send a replacement at no cost to you.

CHANGING YOUR ADDRESS

If you realize the shipping address is wrong after placing your order, email [email protected] immediately with your order number and the correct address. If the order has not yet shipped, we will update it. If it has already shipped, we will do our best to intercept with the carrier, but cannot guarantee it.
